A wonderful lady donated 2 miniature blankets for Sassy. She had grown a thick winter coat in September, which was clipped in order to keep her cool due to her inability to sweat and cool off. But now the weather is changing every week (sometimes warm, sometimes cold), so Sassy will certainly be able to make use of her blanket on those chilly days.

Sassy continues to do well, gaining weight very easily. So easily, in fact, that she's now on very little feed/hay. Her muscle tone is improving with all the exercise she's getting, and her eyes continue to amaze everyone. With almost full sight in her right eye, and her left eye with some sight, Sassy's future is bright! As long as her left eye continues to do so well, the anticipated surgery to remove it has been cancelled.
